Clutch Mining / Flexible compute infrastructure

Compute on stranded power.

If you own power that is curtailed, flared, isolated, or otherwise underused, Clutch can help find a productive use for it. We place flexible compute beside the source without drawing from essential power needs.

For energy asset owners

Start with the asset you already have.

Where is your power going unused?

Every source has different operating constraints. We start with the available energy, the site, and a workable path to compute revenue.

Another source? Contact Clutch about it.

The model

Power without a buyer.
Compute with a place to go.

We evaluate what your site can reliably produce, then shape the compute deployment around its real operating profile and commercial constraints.

01

Assess the asset

Understand output, availability, infrastructure, location, and what happens to the energy today.

02

Design the fit

Match modular compute and a commercial approach to the source, instead of forcing a standard load onto it.

03

Put it to work

Build a practical path toward operating revenue, then measure results at the site.

Built on 10 years of compute experience.

In the field

Two energy sources. One flexible approach.

Built where the power already is.

01 / Utah

Bitcoin mining with the sun up.

At an islanded solar site near Delta, compute runs beside the array. The mining container uses locally available generation in a place where conventional demand is difficult to serve.

02 / Humble, Texas

Useful compute from generator testing.

At a natural-gas generator test facility, Clutch puts otherwise unused test energy to work. Six linear generators supply one 1.2 MW liquid-cooled Bitcoin mining container.

What’s next / landfill gas

A commercial reason to put wasted gas to work.

We are developing landfill sites that can use gas now vented or flared to generate power for compute. The goal is revenue for landfill owners alongside measurable environmental improvement.

Each site must stand on its own economics and verified operating results.
